Milford Galleries Dunedin was at the inaugural Auckland Art Fair(2 - 4 September, 2005), New Zealand’s only national showcase of quality, contemporary art.
Organised by the Contemporary Fine Arts Dealers Association (CFADA), the prestigious three-day event showed over 200 works from New Zealand and Australian established and mid-career artists. Participation by galleries was by invitation only. All represented the primary art market specialising in the exhibition and first sales of artist’s work.
milford galleries auckland represented artists Joanna Braithwaite, Robert Ellis and Jeffrey Harris as well as Kathy Barber, Elizabeth Rees, Wellesley Binding, Garry Currin, Ross Ritchie, Zarahn Southon, Megan Campbell, WD Hammond, Ralph Hotere and Colin McCahon.
